Mistylotl Live2D art and rigging commissions
Terms of service
Agreement:By commissioning Mistylotl, you agree to the following Terms of Service which govern the agreement between yourself and Mistylotl. Please read the following terms carefully and contact Mistylotl for any questions. (email: [email protected])By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the following:-You are 18 or older
-You are able to provide credits for any third-party material (e.g. reference sheet, model art)
-You have usage rights to any materials/designs provided to Mistylotl for the commissioned projectProject:-Mistylotl reserves the right to refuse any project
-For rigging commissions, Mistylotl requires a fully completed and cut PSD file of the model before starting the commission.
-For model art commissions, Mistylotl requires reference material.
-Mistylotl reserves the right to upload works in progress to social media or discord. You must specify in advance if you wish for the project to remain hidden, and a non-disclosure agreement fee will be added to the final price.
-Mistylotl currently cannot offer services under short deadlines. A commission may take up to a few months to be completed depending on complexity.
-Mistylotl will contact you regularly with work-in-progress images or videos. Any changes required must be communicated at these times.Payment:-All prices are in Euro
-All payments must be made through PayPal invoices provided by Mistylotl
-For model art commissions, 50% of total price is due upfront and the remaining 50% is due upon sketch approval
-For Live2D rigging commissions, 50% of total price is due upfront and the remaining 50% is due upon head completion.
-For model art + Live2D rigging commissions, 50% of total price is due upfront and the remaining 50% is due upon model art completion.Refunds:-You agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting Mistylotl
-If you do not wish to continue on with the project or if Mistylotl cannot finish the project due to incapacitation, you will be offered a refund proportional to the project’s progressUsage Rights-Mistylotl reserves the right to post videos of the completed project to their social media accounts such as youtube, twitter.
-You must appropriately credit Mistylotl on all social media and streaming platforms where the project is used.
-You agree not to use project deliverables to create any derivative works,
repurposed assets, or for any commercial purposes outside of the initial intended use.
